Folding Options
Fusion Office offers a versatile selection of formats for different layouts and quantities of information.
4pp Half Fold features a single fold down the centre, creating four printed panels with two on each side.
6pp C-Fold uses two parallel folds in the same direction, forming a traditional leaflet that folds inward.
6pp Z-Fold uses two parallel folds in opposite directions, creating a zig-zag layout with six panels.
8pp Cross Fold folds horizontally and then vertically, creating eight panels arranged within a compact format.
8pp C-Fold (Roll Fold) uses three inward-facing folds. The panels fold into themselves, creating eight panels in a continuous sequence.
8pp Z-Fold (Concertina) uses three alternating folds. This creates a zig-zag shape with eight panels for presenting information in sequence.
Sizes and Paper Stocks
A wide selection of finished sizes provides flexibility for different designs. Options include A3, A4, A5, A6, DL, 148 × 210mm square, A3 and A5 slim, 1/3 A3 and 1/3 A4.
Choose Silk paper in 115gsm, 150gsm, 170gsm, 250gsm or 350gsm.
Alternatively, Uncoated stock comes in 80gsm, 120gsm, 170gsm, 250gsm or 350gsm.
Lamination Options
Selected folded leaflets can also feature Matt, Gloss or Velvet lamination, providing additional finishing choices for your printed design.
Perforation Options
Perforation can add a practical detachable element to selected folded leaflet formats.
Single Fold can feature one perforation through the centre of the sheet.
C-Fold and Z-Fold 1/3 can feature one perforation positioned at the rightmost third of the sheet.
